Montreal Ouest is a small, close knit community consisting of mostly single family homes. As a small suburb of Montreal, it’s area is approximately 1.6 square kilometres. This community has a special small town, quality of life, feel to it with a unique generational aspect of continuity. Although the homes are older, they are architecturally elegant and the streets are lined with mature, beautiful trees. There is an active sports and recreation centre with indoor hockey rink. The population is approximately 66 percent English speaking. The main business and shopping strip runs along Westminister Avenue between Curzon and Milner Streets. This community is also well known for it’s good schools.
