For families, Cote St Luc has a lot to offer in terms of services like parks and recreation, as well as proximity to downtown and price.  One of favorite and oldest sections of Montreal is Le Vieux Port de Montreal, also known as the Old Port. For city living, Centre Ville -downtown puts you steps away from lots of great shops, dining and night life and for the more trendy and artistic types, Mile End is enjoying a strong revitalization.
